OUR FITNESS STUDIO

Our studio is everything you need without all the bells and whistles of a large impersonal fitness club, our trainers care deeply about your experience. We go out of our way to ensure that you have a fun  and productive workout that pushes you to meet your your personal wellness goals, and leaves you feeling accomplished.


We are a local studio gym with a private, secure facility offering Personal Training, Club Memberships, Group Fitness Classes, and RealRyder Cycling.


We offer a tour of our secure facility and a complimentary training session as well as a 60 minute complimentary Saturday group exercise class called Ryde Strength Refresh. This group fitness class starts at 9:10am each Saturday to accommodate a busy schedule during the week.


Sign up for our classes is done through the Mindbody app.


Safety is a top priority at Fitness Fanatics! Our door is locked at all times. Members use a code to enter and we have a camera in the entry way for added security.

FITNESS STUDIO EQUIPMENT


ELLIPTICALS

Ellipticals are exercise machines that simulate running or walking while reducing impact on the joints. 


They provide:

  • full-body workout
  • can help improve cardiovascular health
  • muscle strength
  • endurance. 

RYDER BIKES

  • Increase core strength
  • Increase balance
  • Coordination
  • Uses more muscles during leaning and steering compared to standard stationary bikes for ~20% more calories burned
  • Improve endurance, speed and agility for sport
  • Helps correct muscle and joint imbalances.

TREADMILLS

Treadmills are beneficial for:

  • cardiovascular fitness
  • weight loss
  • overall health.

STAIR CLIMBERS

Stair climbers  provide 

  • low-impact workout that targets the lower body muscles
  • provide cardiovascular benefits. 

WEIGHTS

Gym weights  can be used to:


  • Target specific muscle groups
  • Improve overall strength and fitness levels.  

We currently have a full Nautilus circuit, Smith machine, multiple free weight benches.
