There are just 10 spots per class, so sign up in advance to make sure you've got a spot. 

Ryde-Strength-Refresh Class

Lets get strong! This class includes 20 minutes of cycling, perfect for the beginner to advanced ryder. It's followed by 30 minutes of strength training and we finish with 10 minutes of stretching. This is the class that will help you meet all of your fitness goals!

  • 30 min weights
  • 10 min refresh
  • All levels of fitness are welcome!


Sign-up using the Mindbody app 5 days prior to class. Maximum ryders is 10 and there is unlimited space for strength and refresh.


*This class runs in 4-6 week increments and held on Saturdays at 9:10am.
